We are seeking an Associate Veterinarian with a minimum of five years of clinical experience and strong soft tissue surgical skills to join our collaborative and highly skilled team.

Requirements
Qualifications
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent degree from an accredited veterinary school
- Active California veterinary license, or eligibility to obtain licensure in California
- Minimum of 5 years of small animal clinical practice experience
- Demonstrated proficiency in routine soft tissue surgical procedures, including spays, neuters, mass removals, cystotomies, and exploratory surgeries
- Comfortable performing advanced soft tissue surgeries independently and managing surgical cases from workup through recovery
- Strong diagnostic, medical, and surgical decision-making skills
- Ability to confidently manage a diverse caseload with minimal supervision
- Commitment to practicing high-quality, evidence-based medicine
- Excellent client communication skills with the ability to educate and build long-term client relationships
- Collaborative team player who values mentorship, mutual respect, and a positive hospital culture
- Experience working efficiently in a fast-paced, high-service environment

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in medical recordkeeping and case management
