Description
Weston Veterinary Clinic is hiring for a part-time Customer Service Representative Supervisor to join our amazing team!Our Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate would act as a role model in demonstrating our values. They would collaborate with the practice manager, medical director, associate veterinarians, and/or other supervisors to foster teamwork and facilitate a productive, professional working environment. This is a full-time position.
Job Duties:
- Acts as a role model in demonstrating Weston Veterinary Clinic values. Collaborates with the practice manager, medical director, associate veterinarians, and/or other supervisors to foster teamwork and facilitate a productive, professional working environment.
- Demonstrates leadership characteristics; displays a commitment to developing both supervisory and CSR staff skills.
- Understands and consistently applies Weston Veterinary Clinic policies and practices.
- Oversees all hiring, training, and evaluations of CSR staff. Ensures appropriate staffing coverage. Keeps practice manager informed of any relevant issues.
- Continuously looks for ways to enhance customer service through streamlining of processes, client education, staff development, etc.
- Facilitates the effective handling of all general client complaints, processing, and follow-up, verbal and written.
- Must be proficient in hospital procedures, fees, and Computer Information systems.
- Participates in ensuring the hospital is maintained in an orderly and clean manner.
Compensation negotiable based on credentials and experience. The actual rate offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
